TechDriven Software is a founder-led practice — Sandeep Kumar plus a small network of vetted specialists brought in per project, not a fixed in-house team. Being upfront about that: we're not currently hiring for salaried, full-time roles. If that changes, this page will say so plainly.

What we are open to

Project-based collaboration with strong freelance developers — Laravel/PHP, Flutter/React Native, AWS/DevOps in particular
Subcontracting overflow work when we're at capacity and it's a good fit for your skills
Long-term working relationships that may evolve into something more structured as the practice grows
