1. Services

TechDriven provides freelance software development services — web, API, mobile, e-commerce, AI, cloud, and related engineering work — delivered by an individual developer or a coordinated team, as agreed per project.

2. Engagement and payment terms

3. Code ownership

Full ownership of source code, assets, and documentation produced for your project transfers to you upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks we use remain under their original licenses.

4. Client responsibilities

Timely feedback, access credentials, and content/assets needed to complete the work are the client's responsibility. Delays in providing these may affect delivery timelines.

5. Cancellation

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Work completed and approved up to that point is payable; unused pre-paid milestone funds for work not started are refundable at our discretion, less any costs already incurred.

6. Warranties and liability

We take reasonable care to deliver working, tested software, and will fix defects that are our error within a reasonable period after delivery at no extra charge. Beyond that, services are provided "as is" and TechDriven's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific deliverable in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client project details as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request before detailed scope discussions.
