How an engagement actually runs.
This is the only full description of the process. Other pages link here instead of repeating it.
1. Free scoping call
You describe the outcome. We ask who uses it, what already exists, and what "done" means for this phase. If the project is a poor fit — wrong skill, unclear owner, or a packaged product would do the job — we say so on the call. There is no charge for that.
2. Written scope and price
You receive a scope: included work, excluded work, and either a fixed price or an hourly rate. Nothing is billed before you accept it. Fixed-price work is split into milestones. Hourly work states how time is logged. Retainers state the monthly hours. The commercial options are on pricing.
3. Contract, and an NDA if you want one first
If you need an NDA before sharing a repository or customer data, we sign that before the scope goes deeper. The engagement itself is a written agreement: ownership of code, payment schedule, and how either side ends it.
4. Build in milestones
You see working software, not a weekly essay. A milestone is something you can click or call. You approve it before the next milestone is treated as the current target. Hourly work gets a short note with the hours: what changed, what is next.
5. Handover
Repository access, how to run and deploy the app, and the credentials in your accounts — not ours. You own the code on final payment. A support window covers defects in the delivered scope. Length is the number agreed in the quote.
6. After launch
Further work is a new quote or a maintenance retainer. We do not keep the only copy of the code if you pause.
Who you talk to
Sandeep Kumar is the point of contact and does the core development. A specialist joins only for a skill the project needs — design, a mobile stack, or infrastructure — and you are told before that starts. There is no account manager between you and the work.
