Paid work

Paid work starts when you accept a written scope. That scope covers deliverables, price or rate, ownership of code, and how either side stops. If these website terms and the scope disagree, the scope wins for that project.

Your enquiry

Do not send passwords or full payment card numbers through the form. We reply by email or WhatsApp. A reply is not acceptance of the work.

Liability

The site is provided as available. We are not liable for decisions you make from an article. Liability for paid work is capped as the project agreement states, and nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

These website terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction, unless a project agreement names another venue.
