If your product runs on PHP, there’s a good chance it runs on Laravel — and Laravel development is the core of what this studio builds day to day. Not as one of sixty-three items on a services menu, but as the main thing: APIs, admin panels, SaaS backends, and the unglamorous work of keeping an existing Laravel app healthy as it grows.
Who this is for
This page is for you if you’re in one of these situations:
- You need a backend API for a web or mobile app, and want it built in Laravel rather than assembled from a dozen different half-maintained packages.
- You have an admin panel, internal tool, or dashboard that needs building — or the one you have is slow, ugly, or hard to extend.
- You’re building a SaaS product and need subscription billing, multi-tenancy, and an architecture that won’t fall over at your first 100 paying customers.
- You inherited a Laravel codebase — from a previous developer, a dev shop that disappeared, or your own early prototype — and it needs an honest audit, then fixes or an upgrade.
- You have a frontend team already, and just need a well-documented API to build against.
If none of that matches what you need, that’s fine — say so on a call and we’ll either scope something different or point you toward what will actually solve your problem.
What we build in Laravel
APIs and backends. REST or GraphQL APIs for web and mobile clients, with token-based authentication (Sanctum or Passport), rate limiting, and background jobs for anything that shouldn’t block a request — sending emails, generating exports, processing uploads. Every API ships with documentation your frontend team can actually use, not a promise to “write docs later.”
Admin panels and dashboards. Most internal tools don’t need to be custom-built from scratch — Filament gets you a fast, maintainable admin panel with role-based access and CRUD screens in a fraction of the time a bespoke UI would take. When a project genuinely needs a custom-built panel (uncommon workflows, heavy customization), we build that instead and say so upfront.
SaaS and multi-tenant applications. Subscription billing (Stripe is the default, but not the only option), tenant isolation, and an architecture designed to support growth instead of requiring a rewrite at your next funding round or customer milestone.
Legacy Laravel upgrades. Old Laravel versions accumulate deprecated packages, unpatched vulnerabilities, and code nobody wants to touch. We audit first — what’s actually broken versus just old — then upgrade in a way that doesn’t require freezing feature work for months.
How the engagement works, in practice
Every project starts with a scoping call — free, and not a disguised sales pitch. We talk through what exists, what you need, and what a reasonable first milestone looks like. From there:
- Small, well-scoped work (a specific API, a defined feature, a fixed upgrade) gets a fixed price, agreed before any code is written.
- Ongoing or open-ended work (a retainer, a feature backlog, unclear scope) is billed hourly, with logged time and a short daily or end-of-day note so you always know what happened and why.
- Either way, milestones are visible — you see working software at each stage, not just a status update.
Typical timelines: a focused API or admin panel module usually ships in 1–3 weeks; a Laravel version upgrade depends heavily on codebase size and test coverage, and gets a firm timeline only after the audit. Full pricing detail, including starting figures once confirmed, lives on /pricing/.
Technologies used
Laravel 10/11, PHP 8.2+, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Sanctum/Passport for auth, Livewire and Filament for admin UIs, Redis and Horizon for queues, Pest or PHPUnit for automated tests, and deployment to AWS or DigitalOcean with CI/CD via GitHub Actions where useful.
What affects the price
Scope clarity matters more than raw feature count — a well-specified 10-endpoint API is often cheaper and faster than a vague “build me a backend” request with the same endpoint count, because ambiguity is what actually costs time. Beyond that: whether it’s a new build or an existing codebase (audits add time upfront but reduce risk), whether you need deployment/CI-CD included, and whether tests are required for every endpoint or just the critical paths.
