Enterprise systems: HR, CRM, rewards, and white-label platforms

Internal systems for HR, customers, rewards, and white-label portals — built around how your organisation actually works.

These projects are scoped in phases. A first phase with one department is priced separately from a full suite.

  • A system your staff can run without a developer for day-to-day data entry
  • Roles that match real job titles, not a single admin login
  • Exports and audit trails for the actions finance or compliance will ask about
  • White-label separation when more than one brand or client shares the platform

What we build

How this typically works

  1. 01

    Map one workflow

We start with one process you can demonstrate, not a 40-module RFP.

  2. 02

    Phase the build

Phase one is usable on its own. Later modules are optional, not bundled in to inflate the quote.

  3. 03

Review with the people who use it

The operator, not only the sponsor, clicks through before sign-off.

  4. 04

    Handover

Admin guide plus the repository. You own both.

Enterprise systems fail when they are specified as a feature list copied from a product brochure. They work when they follow one real workflow: how leave is approved, how a reward is issued, how a salesperson updates a lead, how a partner logs into a portal that is not your main brand.

Work in this category has included platforms used by clients in insurance, automotive, banking, and marketing. Names and logos are not shown here unless you have confirmed permission. Case studies are published only when the write-up is real.

Who this is for

If a well-known packaged product already matches the process, we will say that. Building a weaker copy is not the engagement.

What we build

Phase one is a system a named group of staff can use:

Later phases add modules only after the first one is in use. That is how these projects stay payable and reviewable.

Process and timeline

We map one workflow in the scoping call, ideally with the person who does the work, not only the person who sponsors it. The quote is for that phase. A usable internal tool for one process is often several weeks. A multi-tenant rewards or HR platform is a sequence of phases, each with its own acceptance.

Billing follows pricing: fixed when the phase is defined, hourly when you are still changing the rules, retainer when you want a block of hours after launch.

What changes the price

Number of roles, tenant isolation, approval chains, payroll-adjacent calculations, and integrations to an existing HR or finance system. Payroll calculations that must match a statutory regime are called out explicitly; we do not bury them inside “HRMS.”

Laravel development is the usual implementation stack. Custom web applications covers the same shape of UI work when it is not an internal enterprise system. AWS and deployment if you need the infrastructure called out separately.

faq

Enterprise Systems FAQ

Is this a packaged HRMS or CRM?

No. It is custom software for the process you described. If a packaged product already fits, we will say so instead of building a clone.

Can agencies resell this as their platform?

Yes. White-label and multi-tenant setups are in scope when you need your clients separated. You remain our client.

Do you replace SAP or a full ERP?

Not as a single engagement. We build the module you are missing or the portal staff actually open. A full ERP replacement is a different project and we will not pretend otherwise.

Who works on it?

The founder does the core build. A specialist is added only for a skill the project needs, and you hear about that before it happens.
